We created a memorable, multi-year Christmas experience with Hartwall Jaffa
Hartwall Jaffa aimed to own the authentic Finnish Christmas, bring families together and create a deeper emotional connection with the brand. We were honoured to design and execute, in partnership with Hartwall, a memorable brand experience that spanned the entire month of December, integrating social media with Jaffa’s cottage at the Helsinki Christmas Market.
We created an enchanting Christmas cottage for families with children, allowing them to spend time and get into the Christmas spirit. Alongside a traditional atmosphere, the cottage featured Jaffa’s characteristic playfulness. A giant Christmas calendar was established in the cottage, offering a new activity each day. All of this supported Jaffa’s Christmas advertising and strengthened the brand’s presence.

Campaign implementation:
• The Christmas cottage event was held for two years in a row.
• In the first year, visitors were able to delight their loved ones with their own Christmas greetings, using the nostalgic TV campaign and its characters. This reinforced consumer engagement with the brand.
• In the second year, a Christmas filter with Jaffa characters was used on social media, allowing everyone to share their greetings. For every Christmas greeting shared, Hartwall Jaffa made a donation to Hope ry.

Tens of thousands of people visited Jaffa’s Christmas cottage at the Helsinki Christmas Market; thousands of people took part in video greetings and downloaded the social media filter. Hartwall Jaffa donated €20,000 to Hope ry each year, underscoring the campaign’s significant impact and extensive reach.
